Apply to be a Student Health Advocate!

You are here

Applications for our 2018-2019 Student Health Advocate group are now open.

Applications just opened to be a part of the Student Health Advocates with the Oregon School-Based Health Alliance. This is a 9-month leadership opportunity for students ages 14-22 in the Portland Metro area who are interested in school-based health and health equity.

Student Health Advocates help plan statewide events, speak publicly about health and wellness issues affecting young people, meet with legislators to advocate for school-based health, and train providers in how to provide youth-friendly care.

We provide a $500 annual stipend for youth who participate, along with bus passes, free food, and more!
