Do you know a talented young person who is interested in expressing their voice? The Rational Enquirer is accepting submissions for their 2015 publication! Applications are due by November 14, 2014. You can find more information about the application process here. The Rational Enquirer is an annual statewide publication of the Oregon Teen Pregnancy Task Force. The stories shared in this publication are written by youth and for youth. They cover a variety of topics: adolescent brain development, healthy relationships, everyone's right to consent and much more.
