The Oregon School-Based Health Alliance is the collective voice to build a stable, effective and available health care system in schools where children spend their days. We bring voices together to support school-based health in three important ways:
Strategic Priority 1: Policy Advocacy Leadership –influencing the legislative and strategic alliance levels to strengthen the reputation and importance of school-based health services
Strategic Priority 2: Community Engagement –engaging stakeholders and communities to generate the awareness, demand, impact and overall value of school-based health services
Strategic Priority 3: Coordinating and Strengthening Services –being a trusted authority on the best practices and implementation of preventive and primary health services in the school community, as well as on the SBHC business model
Our purpose is to protect and expand the value of health services in schools and generate community commitment to sustain local success.
We need your support to continue to make this happen!
