Alternative Payment Innovation Project

You are here

The SBHC Alternative Payment Innovation Project is a Tri-County, multi-organizational effort to look at the unique needs of school-based health center care coordination, the effectiveness of the delivery of health services, and how alternative payment models can address those needs.

Key stakeholders of this effort include: Clackamas, Multnomah and Washington Counties, Oregon School-Based Health Alliance, FamilyCare Health Plans, Health Share of Oregon, Oregon Health Authority, Oregon Public Health Division, CareOregon, Kaiser Permanente, Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center, Oregon Health & Science University, and the Oregon Primary Care Association
